Chad loves the unexpected challenges and surprises that these remodel projects might contain, such as long lost buried items. He is not stopped by finding tricky obstacles throughout the project either, like finding buried concrete with rebar through it. With challenges, Chad finds it is best to hit them head on, and to find a way to improvise. Chad encourages his crew leaders to be a “solutionist” and to find new ways to tackle any issues they come across. Chad prides himself on making sure everything is in line with you project ideals, hassle free, and a seamless experience for all his clients. Ground Zero Landscape and Construction can complete your project from start to finish. We provide initial consultations and walkthroughs, preliminary proposals based on measurements, project brainstorming sessions, thorough information, site visits, and client meetings in order to establish preliminary cost proposals so you know if your project will meet your budgeted amount. Once you are comfortable with the number, we can move you into a paid 3-D conceptual design or a CAD blueprint. These designs are used for H.O.A and city permits, if needed. Ground Zero Landscape and Construction will execute the project down to the final walk through.
